By using Caravan Bargain to advertise or find caravans, motorhomes and camper vans for sale the seller or potential buyer agree to abide by the following terms and conditions:

1. Caravan Bargain will never knowingly be used to advertise caravans, motorhomes or camper vans for sale under false pretences. It is the sole duty of the seller to provide an accurate description, whether written or in image form, of the caravan, motorhome or camper van being advertised for sale. Caravan Bargain can under no circumstances accept responsibility for misrepresentation by sellers, whether intentional or accidental, or for the content of advertisements.

2. Caravan Bargain's aim is to unite sellers with buyers. Caravan Bargain reserves the right not to become involved in transactions between buyers and sellers of caravans, motorhomes or camper vans which are advertised for sale on our website. In the event of any dispute between such buyers and sellers Caravan Bargain reserves the right to impartiality. Any such disputes will remain between the buyer and seller whether through Civil or Court action.

3. Advertisers agree that they either own, or are permitted by the legal owner to sell, the caravan, motorhome or camper van advertised by them as being for sale.

4. Once payment has been received and an advertisement is visible on this website Caravan Bargain will not make either a full or partial refund. Changes can be made to advertisements on this website by the advertiser and the advertiser agrees that any such changes shall be in accordance with these Terms and Conditions. If advertisers require changes they may request these to be made by Caravan Bargain and we will endeavour to make these changes in accordance with advertisers wishes and as expeditiously as possible.

5. Sellers agree to state when placing their advertisement whether it is for a Private Sale or a Trade Sale. This is a requirement under U.K. law.

6. Under the United Kingdom Consumer Protection (Distance Selling) Regulations 2000, the commencement of the advertisement may be postponed by advertisers until a seven working day cooling-off period has expired. This can be done by notifying Caravan Bargain that you wish to do so when you place the advertisement. However, if you choose to use our online service your advertisement will appear on the Website immediately, and you agree that you are thereby waiving any right to cancel our advertisement service under these regulations.

7. Caravan Bargain reserves the right to alter or delete any advertisement which we deem to contain unsuitable material or which otherwise breeches these Terms and Conditions and to do so without notice to and without making a partial or full refund to the advertiser.

8. It is the buyers responsibility to ensure, before entering into any financial transactions with advertisers, that the caravan, motorhome or camper van being advertised as for sale is accurately described. Caravan Bargain can not be held responsible for financial loss to buyers, or for disputes between parties to a sale, resulting from caravans, motorhomes or camper vans advertised on our website as being for sale.

9. By posting content to any public area of the Caravan Bargain website, you automatically grant, and you represent and warrant that you have the right to grant, to Caravan Bargain an irrevocable, perpetual, non-exclusive, fully paid, worldwide license to use, copy, perform, display and distribute such information and content and to prepare derivative works of, or incorporate into other works, such information and content and to grant and authorize sublicenses of the foregoing.

10. As an advertiser you agree to delete any advertisement when it is no longer required, or to inform Caravan Bargain that the advertisement should be deleted and we agree that we shall delete the advertisement on your behalf as promptly as possible.

11. Caravan Bargain will endeavour to keep any personal information disclosed to us, such as telephone numbers and email addresses, in accordance with the Data Protection Act, 1998. No such information will be used on our website without the prior knowledge and consent of the person or persons concerned. If advertisers do not want to include their phone number or email address in their advertisments then Caravan Bargain will endeavour to deal in an efficient and expeditious manner with enquiries relating to those advertisements. If personal details are included in adverts by the advertiser then the advertiser agrees that this is done at their own risk.

12. Caravan Bargain is vehemently opposed to the generation and sending of unsolicited promotional material - such as "spam" - and will never participate in such activity. If our email address or company name is ever associated with such activity then it is without our knowledge and should be reported to us so that action can be initiated against those responsible.

13. By registering with Caravan Bargain advertisers are agreeing to be bound by these terms and conditions. Notwithstanding this, Caravan Bargain undertakes to act honestly and in accordance with all relevant legislation and to provide an efficient and trustworthy service. In the event of any complaint against Caravan Bargain we will undertake to investigate the complaint fully and will endeavour to rectify to a full and satisfactory extent any mistake or error which is our responsiblily.
